Hamax Co. Ltd. combined its technology with Turkey's leading wind equipment manufacturer Ateş Çelik in 2019 to produce wind turbine equipment in Turkey's Aegean province of İzmir. Hamax Europe is a new actor in the European wind energy market but the well-established parties of this partnership have been operating for a long time in different regions. 
  • About Ateş Çelik

    Established in 2007 to produce steel products for shopping malls, gas stations, markets, Ateş Çelik started operating in the renewable energy sector in 2010.



  • History of Ateş Çelik

    2007 – AtesCelik is founded by Guldogan Family. The idea was to manufacture steel structures for shopping malls and gross markets networks. The Family was familiar with manufacturing and serving to global gross-market networks since 1989.


    2009- Started to supply steel structures and components to coal and gas turbine power plants.


    2010- AtesCelik decided to go into renewable business with manufacturing wind towers.


    2011- New investment has started from green field.


    2013 – First wind tower manufactured.


    2016- Joint Venture with SSC Wind for Installation and Services


    2017- Bundled Blades and Towers and delivered to Croatia a 50 MW Project


    2019- Joint Venture with HAMAX for High Tension Bolts and Fastaners

    2003 - Established Hamax Co., Ltd Kitakyushu Office

    2004 - Established Yokohama Office

    2006 - Established US subsidiary "Hamax America, Inc."

    2006 - Established first US Factory in Canutillo, Texas

    2009 - Established "Hamax (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd." in Shanghai
